Terms and Conditions
I hereby confirm that where I am making a payment through a debit card or a credit card, the card used to make such payment is in my own name. I agree and understand that this is a requirement of the IRDAI (Manner of Receipt of premium) Regulations, 2002.
Please Note:
1. As per Regulation 3(d), IRDAI (Manner of Receipt of Premium) Regulations, 2002, in case, the proposer/policy holder opts for premium payment through credit/debit card, the payment must be made only through credit/debit card issued on the name of such proposer/policyholder.
2. As per RBI guidelines , second level of authentication is mandatory for all internet card transaction ( Master/Visa) from August, 1, 2009. Please visit your bank's website to set a secure code today.
3. Payment via International Cards is not accepted.
4. In case of renewal premium for unit linked insurance plans, for payment made through credit/debit card or net banking, the closing NAV of the date on which the payment is made or the premium due date, whichever is later, will be considered for allocating the Units. However, in case the transaction is made after 3:00 PM, then the closing NAV of the next working date will be considered for allocating the Units.
5. Advance Payments - NAV applicable for your policy would be as per the respective premium due date.
6. The NAV shall be declared by the Company on a daily basis except on Bank holidays, Exchange holidays, Saturdays, Sundays and the days when the Corporate Office is closed.
7. Total premium payable (Rs) is Premium Amount + Goods and Service Tax as applicable.
8. Premium receipts will be available after 7 days of your premium due date.
9. Advance Payments made for your policies will not reflect until the premium due date.
10. Insurance is a subject matter of solicitation.
